We accept multiple Pakistani payment methods including Bank Transfer (National Bank of Pakistan), JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Simply make the payment, then upload your receipt through the billing page. Our team will verify your payment and activate your premium account within 24 hours.
Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. If you're on a monthly plan and upgrade to yearly, the remaining days from your current month will be credited. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
When you cancel, you'll keep your premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. All your resumes and data are preserved — you just won't be able to create new resumes beyond the free plan limit or access premium features.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll process a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
