Your published URL is determined by your profile settings. For example, an engineering profile may use cv.hardhour.com/engineer/civil/your-name. The QR demo can encode any path but does not create a new route or publish a profile.
Changes publish to your live page within seconds. Anyone opening the link, even someone who saved it months ago, sees the latest version. There are no stale attachments to chase.
